XasPos is the new quick and convenient way to send, communicate and share information, product releases or any other message with the whole organization or a selected team within it. XasPos has been operating since September 2023 with limited functionality and under the name “pipermail”. We’ve fully rebased this open source project and called it XasPos.
Public tickets now are available for check by everyone on the internet, and members of the organization can also subscribe to get a email with the title and content of each ticket.
Improvements
Some of the new improvements for XasPos initial release are:
- Automatization of ticket generation and publishing via XasPos Pusher
- Improved generator and add private publishing option
- Updated selector logic
- Updated layout for old months (pipermail era)
- Quickly move through last and next month and added internal search
Each announcement or message is called a ticket, and to send one you just have to use the GUI, or send an email to the XasPos bot (xaspos.messenger@bbjprojek.org).
